Head First the Road to Unknown Beginnings

Welcome to the start of a new set of journeys about to be embarked on this new endeavor.  We'll be exploring three key interesting one is powerlifting and weight training related to strength, urban style and surviving with pinches of outdoor exploring and finally, knowledge for the brain. This journey has no set destination however, it all begins with one step and let's take that step together into this new unexplored world!

Kicking off today is a general topic on where to start your first step into your strength gaining adventure.  When you first start in trying to gain more strength you sometimes don't know where to begin with that task.  This can become troublesome especially with the information buffet with have at our finger tips.  However, there are essentials that will always be present and we will be going over these today based first on the goals. Life Is A Galaxy, Far, Far, Away

When we are growing we always have obstacles and or fears that get in our way. Some of these obstacles can be money, social status, lack of resources such as education and or transportation.  The list goes on for how we sometimes aren't able to fulfill our basic needs to survive let alone the wants we desire to have.  This is also hasten with the powerful force of fear that is breed within us from a young age from our peers to doubt what we can build an achieve.  However, this doesn't mean to sit on ones ass and feel sorry for yourself about the circumstances dealt.  It calls for acknowledging ones weakness and to make a move to a better version of the future you could achieve.
