Starting the Iron Adventure

Kicking off today is a general topic on where to start your first step into your strength gaining adventure.  When you first start in trying to gain more strength you sometimes don't know where to begin with that task.  This can become troublesome especially with the information buffet with have at our finger tips.  However, there are essentials that will always be present and we will be going over these today based first on the goals. When In Doubt, Goal It Out Before starting any change we should set a goal or short series of goals.  You may be asking "Why should I set some goals? I just want to go to the gym and lift weights!"
